Keyholding in Milan
An investment advisory company in Milan approached us with concerns about leaving their headquarters overnight, with rising concerns about break-ins and data breaches, however, they did not want guards on their property overnight.
Instead, we suggested our security keyholding service. With this, our guards have access to the headquarters of the business while it is left vacant, whether overnight or for an extended period of time. They can then either sporadically check the business, or be the first on the scene in the case of an alarm trip.
We still hold the keys to this property now and are in talks with the company about offering this service to other headquarters and offices of theirs.
