Problem
After a ram raid and ongoing problems with stock slippage, we were approached by a representative of online retail giant Amazon to provide multi-site warehouse security in the UK and subsequently in Central Europe.
Solution
We directly delivered and managed a guard force of more than 500 security personnel in multiple Amazon sites across the UK and Central Europe, including a rotating roster of more than 200 guards for the primary distribution centre in Tilbury, UK
Outcome
Access control, entry and exit checks, perimeter security, and a 24-hour security presence provided deterrents that prevented further breaches and reduced stock loss.
